Build: Chie is a very thin, slim girl. She has essentially no body fat yet manages to have a strong body, the strength barely visible on her arms, and she is much stronger than most people are on average.

Mutation: Chie can manipulate kinetic energy, also known as kinetikinesis. Users can use the energy and convert it to other energies, like nuclear energy or electricity. A big thing that can be used with it though is to use the energy to destroy things. For example, if there was a large enough buildup of energy from moving Chie could unleash it all and destroy everything around her. She could also concentrate it in one spot to destroy a specific thing. It can also be used to make blasts into air and propel Chieri into the air a short distance, or blasted out to slow down falling by making a cushion out of a blast. She cannot control this that well though, and some of these things are beyond her current ability.

Weaknesses: Chie gets headaches from overuse, and wil get somewhat irritated if spoken to if overused. Uses her own energy to do somethings.
Strengths: Chieri is smart for her age, having skipped a grade and taking advanced classes even at a higher level. She is flexible, and acts much older than she is sometimes, often being the first one to do anything decent in situations. Chie is also quite cheerful and silly.

Dislikes: Ignorant people, the brotherhood, unintelligent people, small spaces, being alone.
